Our programme:

The Church of Christ is open to all. Yet we Christians have put obstacles to the good news. We should make repentance thereof.

Time-bound ideas of man, conceptions of the world and maxims are not basic truths of faith. Church has always had to reevaluate them. Jesus himself abandoned the tradition of the elders. Luther took away the celibacy of the priests. Re-evaluations are also necessary in our time.

Functional structures in the church are not either fundamental truths. Non-transparent decision-making brings forth bad solutions. Open communication gives church members an opportunity to take part in common decisions. We need open-minded moves. We need to build up trust and reconciliation between ecclesiastical groups that are thinking in different ways. We should determinedly enhance honest discussion. We should have the courage to demolish facades of success and exemplariness. We should together find ways to share creature comforts with others.

Especially important would be that those who feel the need of the church but, feeling disappointed, have abandoned it, can re-enter the fellowship. Delayed action against loss of church members is not enough. The church must proceed to regain also the members who have already left. The church can change when we change.

All we that long for renewal can unite our forces and take an increasingly greater responsibility of our church. We invite all over the borders of revivalism, parties or other to join the course of our program for renewal. We hope that our movement for renewal will enhance our commitment to the church and its work.

In this way we make way for Christ:

Our motto: The church of Christ is for all.

The Come All movement appeals: The church has to be open to all. "Time bound ideas of man, conceptions of the world and maxims are not basic truths of faith" is said in March 2006 published program of the movement Come All. The movement gathers in its troops all renewal-minded and openhearted, who want to struggle for a church concentrating on its true task and build reconciliation between ecclesiastical groups that are thinking differently from one another. Those that have already abandoned the church the movement encourages to return to renew the church.

The movement demands that the decision-making in the church should be open. Discrimination of female priests has to cease in all parishes. Those who belong to sexual or gender minorities have unconditionally to be greeted welcome as parish members and workers. Decisions of life of those who have divorced, chosen cohabitation or live alone have to be respected. We have to share together our creature comforts with the poor of our country and the world.

The Come All movement is a network for those striving to the same goal in different ways and the purpose of which is to encourage those that have become frustrated and to awaken in the church and close by honest discussion. In order to influence the ecclesiastical decision-making the movement took in March 2006 part in parish elections and in February 2008 in synod and diocesan synod elections.

Activity of the movement takes place mainly in the Internet. In the activity at the grassroots level the most important thing is that the word circulates. The of the movement can be seen at the web address www.tulkaakaikki.net. Those who are of the same opinion can sign the programme and join the mailing list of the movement.
